Postcards from the Edge
Amerikanskt dramakomedi med Meryl Streep och Shirley MacLaine. Skådespelaren Suzannes liv är en enda röra. Hon har precis varit på rehab för drogberoende, och för att få nytt förtroende i filmbranschen måste hon övervakas av någon som ser till att hon inte faller tillbaka i missbruk. Motvilligt flyttar hon då in hos sin manipulativa mamma. Baserad på den självbiografiska romanen av Carrie Fisher, mest känd som Prinsessan Leia i "Star Wars".
