The Third Man
Kioskromanförfattaren Holly Martins anländer till efterkrigstidens Wien för att hälsa på sin gamle vän Harry Lime men möts av beskedet att denne omkommit i en mystisk bilolycka. Han fångas upp i en väv av kärlek, svek, olagligheter och mord och finner sig snart jaga sin barndomsväns spöke genom Wiens trånga gränder och mörka kloaksystem på jakt efter sanningen.
